Terms of service & refund policy

1. What PropPilot is
PropPilot is a trading journal and analytics tool: you import or log your own trades, and we compute statistics, prop-firm rule tracking and statistical projections from that data. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on PropPilot is investment advice, a trading signal, or a prediction of markets. Forecasts, pass probabilities and firm comparisons are statistical models of your own past results and of publicly listed prop-firm rules, which change often, so always verify rules with the firm before relying on them. Trading involves substantial risk; decisions and their outcomes are yours.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse the service, scrape other users' data (there is none accessible), or use the site for anything unlawful.
4. Plans & billing
- Free: the core journal is free, forever.
- Pro: a subscription billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Founder Lifetime: a one-time payment for lifetime access to Pro for as long as PropPilot operates. Limited seats at the launch price; the price rises afterwards.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases, never retroactively for an active subscription or a purchased lifetime seat. During the beta, Pro features may be temporarily free; that's a promotion, not a promise that they stay free.
5. Refunds & cancellation
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any paid plan (subscription or lifetime). Email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This sits alongside (and doesn't reduce) your statutory rights, including UK/EU consumer cancellation rights.
- Cancelling a subscription: anytime, from Plan & pricing → Manage billing. You won't be charged again; access runs to the end of the paid period. Renewal payments outside the first 14 days aren't refundable, but tell us if something went wrong and we'll be reasonable.
- Refund method: refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Your data
Your trades are yours. Export them as CSV anytime; delete them anytime; close your account and everything is permanently deleted. Details in the privacy policy.
7. Service availability
PropPilot is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features marked beta or "coming soon" may change or be withdrawn. If we ever discontinue the service, lifetime members get at least 90 days' notice and a full export path.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for trading losses, missed profits, prop-firm decisions, or data you chose not to export. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll note it on this page (see the date at the top) and, for significant changes affecting paid plans, email account holders. Continuing to use PropPilot after a change means you accept it.
